2. Refunds Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of receipt at sales@designphrix.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. If an item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
