Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Returns
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing — please refer to the size guide before purchasing.
Product colours may vary slightly from screen to real life; images are accurate representations.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Contact us within 7 days of receipt at sales@designphrix.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
If an item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order. If your original item was defective or incorrect, contact us for a return.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at sales@designphrix.co.uk within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
5. Cancellations & Changes
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed, as our production process is automated. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
6. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return for an eligible item, email us at sales@designphrix.co.uk with your order details and reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps.
